Jetstar Asia Airways is a low-cost airline based out of Singapore Changi Airport that is part of Jetstar Airways, which is a subsidiary airline of Australia's Qantas airline. Jetstar Asia operates services to 30 destinations in South East Asia and operates a fleet of 18 A320's. Jetstar Asia merged operations with ValuAir an Indonesian LCC which they purchased. Whilst retaining their user-pays model where passengers may purchase food and beverages on board from the Jetstar Café. Jetstar Asia has also introduced products and services that are normally only associated with full-service carriers such as code-sharing, frequent flyer programs and a business class offering.

Class of Travel
Jetstar Asia provides two classes of travel
Business Class- The business class cabin provides guests with recliner seats, noise-cancelling headphones, comfort packers and in-seat powers. Passengers are given priority boarding and one can change flights with no additional cost apart from the fare difference.
Economy Class- Passengers can pre-book their seat and meal for a hassle-free journey with a generous baggage allowance. In-flight entertainment which provides an engaged time on board.
Baggage allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed 7kg free baggage allowance for hand luggage and 15 kgs for checked-in luggage.
Business class passengers are allowed 7kg free baggage allowance for hand luggage and 30-40 kgs each for checked-in luggage.

Frequent Flyer Programme
Qantas is the customer loyalty for Qantas Airways and Jetstar Airways along with Jetstar Asia Airways, Jetstar Pacific Airlines and Jetstar Japan. Members can earn points with the airlines and on other Oneworld airlines and a few non-airline partners. Other partners include credit cards, car rental companies, hotels and other partners. Qantas program has 12.3 million members as of 2018 and the program has Any seat reward where members can redeem any seat on an aircraft. The Points Plus Pay is a combination of cash and points which can be redeemed, the flyer store has also added a greater range of products and services.
In-flight Services
Jetstar cafe menu allows passengers to choose from a range of food and beverages on board. The menu varies according to the flight length and destination. Jetstar Asia also allows passengers to pay for onboard purchases through cash or credit card. In-flight vouchers can be purchased in the duty-free items from Jetshop.

Onboard Support
Jetstar Asia provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Jetstar sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
